Using the directory
Webanas is an information service. Listings describe third-party products; we are not a party to any purchase you make from a vendor. Prices and features are checked on the date shown on each listing and can change without notice; confirm them on the vendor's site before buying.
Submitting a tool
By submitting a listing you confirm that you are entitled to describe the product, that the logo and screenshots can be published, and that the information is accurate on the day of submission. You grant Webanas a non-exclusive right to publish, edit and format the submitted content as part of a listing and of pages built from listing data (categories, use cases, comparisons).
Editors may edit any field, add editorial fields (scores, pros, cons, verdict) and refuse or remove a listing at their discretion. Listings are free; nothing in these terms creates a right to be listed or to a particular ranking.
Accounts
You are responsible for the password you choose. We do not send emails and cannot recover a lost password automatically; contact us to have it reset. Accounts used for spam or misleading submissions are closed.
Content and trademarks
Editorial content on Webanas is ours; you may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products described.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Webanas is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a listing, from a vendor's product or service, or from interruptions of the site.
