What Webanas is
Webanas is a directory of AI SaaS products. Each tool gets one listing with the same fields: pricing plans with the date they were checked, free plan limits, trial terms, platforms, API access, integrations, data policy, compliance, support channels, pros and cons, and an editor score when we have tested the product.
Directories usually list thousands of tools with a paragraph each. We list fewer tools and document each one in depth, then build category, use-case, alternatives and comparison pages from that data rather than writing them by hand.
How listings are made
Listings come from two sources, and both follow the same record. Our editors write most of them, starting from the vendor's pricing page and documentation. Vendors can also submit their own tool; an editor reviews the submission, may request changes, and publishes it. Editorial fields such as scores, pros, cons and the verdict are always written by us, never by the vendor.
A listing shows two dates: when its pricing was last checked and when an editor last reviewed it. Prices come from the vendor's own pricing page and are re-checked when a change is announced.
How tools are scored
A score out of 10 combines five criteria with fixed weights: features (30%), ease of use (20%), value (25%), performance (15%) and support (10%). Only tools we have used or documented in depth get a score; the others rank by how complete their listing is. Nobody can pay for a score or a position.
Independence
There are no sponsored placements, no paid rankings and no affiliate links. Outbound links carry a plain referral tag so vendors can see traffic coming from webanas.com; it does not change what we write. If that policy ever changes, it will be stated on this page first.
