Browsing the site
Pages are static and served by Cloudflare. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare's edge logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are retained for security and capacity purposes for a limited period under Cloudflare's own policy. The search box runs in your browser on a static index; queries are not sent to a server.
Submitting a tool or using the dashboard
To submit a tool you create an account with an email address and a password. The password is stored as a salted PBKDF2 hash; we cannot read it. The email is used only to identify your account and is never displayed publicly or shared with vendors or third parties. Sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie valid for 30 days.
Submissions, revisions and editor notes are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare (D1). Published listings live in the site's source repository and are public by design.
Anti-spam
The submission form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to distinguish people from bots, and a rate limit of three submissions per IP per hour.
Images
The submission form takes image addresses, not files: nothing you send is stored as an upload. When a listing is approved, an editor downloads the logo from the address you gave and captures a screenshot from your own site, then stores both in this site's repository. Give addresses only for images you have the right to publish.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your account data or for its deletion at any time by writing to hello@webanas.com from the registered address. Deleting an account removes the account, its sessions and pending submissions; a published listing can be removed on request from its owner.

Changes to this policy are dated at the top of the page. Substantive changes are also announced on the About page.
